The Host Program provides free matching services to link newcomers with people who have been in Canada longer. A host worker from ISS is at Collingwood Neighbourhood House every Monday.

The Hub Coordinator provides outreach to parents, families and children, and support for everything from safety issues to food security. Anyone in the community is welcome to call. Takes referrals from community agencies and organizations.

Youth Services works with Collingwood Policing Centre and the Windermere Family of Schools to offer alcohol, drug and sexual exploitation prevention using a peer education model.

This innovative program is for immigrant grandparents and their young grandchildren ages 0 to 5. Grandparents have an ESL class combined with health and community information while their grandchildren enjoy an early years program.

Provides a creative, educational and play experience for children from infancy to school age and helps children socialize and learn new skills. Parents/caregivers participate in activities and socialize with other parents.
