Kiwassa operates a wide variety of multicultural, healthy, social, educational and recreational activities for seniors in the neighbourhood, including crafts, cards and games, health club days, swimming lessons, seniors' lunches, ESL and computer classes.

The settlement workers are available to assist new immigrant families in the areas of information and resources, translation, referrals, workshops, adaptation counseling and social activities.
